Queue Hall

Queuing to get onto the Show Floor and into Panel Rooms will begin at 8:00 AM each day of the show. The Queue Hall is located in the North Hall. We have moved the Queue Hall location due to enhanced security and increased space. Registration is also located in the North Hall. Fans, press, and professionals will be following the path of the green arrow each morning, and VIPs, exhibitors, artists, and those with a medical sticker will be following the path of the blue arrow each morning.

Map

VIPs and those in our Medical Assistance Program will have separate queuing, and be let onto the Show Floor first. The Show Floor opens at 10:00 AM on each day of the show. A VIP badge or medical sticker does not ensure early access to the Show Floor, but first access.

Badge Activation is required to reserve your seat for the C2E2 Crown Championships of Cosplay. Activate your badge here.

Please note – the Main Stage WILL be cleared before seating begins for the C2E2 Crown Championships of Cosplay, presented by SINGER. This means you won’t be able to camp out for a seat – only those who scan their badges Saturday morning in the Queue Hall will be able to get a seat. A stand-by line may form outside of the room for the competition so just check with C2E2 Staff or Crew to find out if a stand-by line will be happening.

More information about the seating process

All other panels

Other panels happening on the Main Stage and in other panel rooms will not be cleared. This means you can seat in the panel room all day long and see whatever is happening in that room! But we do hope you’ll check out the rest of the show. There’s a lot of cool stuff to do!
