Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitor Badges

  1. Exhibitors will receive a allotment of  badges as follows:
    Small Press Exhibit 5 Badges
    100 square feet 5 Badges
    200 square feet 7 Badges
    300 square feet 12 Badges
    401+ square feet 15 Badges** (3 Badges will be added per 10x10 above 400 square feet)
  2. Prior to C2E2 Additional Exhibitor Badges can be purchased for $50 each. Please contact your sales rep to purchase additional badges. Additional Exhibitor Badges purchased onsite will be $70 each.
  3. All Exhibitors who purchase booth space prior March 7 to will have their Company Name printed on their Exhibitor Badges.
  4. Exhibitors may individualize their badges with their personal names once received.
  5. No Exhibitor Badges will be mailed beforehand.

Artist Alley Badges:

  1. Artists in Artist Alley with a 4-Foot Table will receive 1 Artist Alley Badge.
  2. Artists in Artist Alley with a 8-Foot Table will receive 2 Artist Alley Badges.
  3. Artists cannot purchase additional Artist Alley badges.
  4. All Artist Alley Badges will be printed with only Artist Alley.
  5. Artist Alley Artists may individualize their badges with their personal names once received.
  6. No Artist Alley Badges will be mailed beforehand.
