Where do I order electric/internet?

Electrical can be ordered from GES, our general contractor, through their simple to use website. Be sure to place your order before Wednesday, April 2 for a discounted rate. Place an order for electrical.

You can order Internet directly from McCormick Place; order before Tuesday, April 8 for the advanced rate. View the Information Guide for additional help or order your internet online.

Where do I register my staff for Badges?

Exhibitors will receive an allotment of Exhibitor Badges based on the size of your Booth space. Additional Exhibitor Badges can be purchased for $75 each. If you would like to purchase additional Exhibitor Badges please contact your Sales Executive. All Exhibitor Badges will be picked up onsite at C2E2.

How do I ship my products to the Show?

If you plan to ship your materials prior to Wednesday, April 13 they will need to be shipped to the GES warehouse. GES will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Thursday, March 20. Please note the advance warehouse is NOT part of the FREE Material Handling Program and you will incur a fee if used. Material arriving after Friday, April 18 at the warehouse will incur an additional late fee.  Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM.  Any shipments received outside of this time frame will incur additional charges.

If you are shipping directly to C2E2, GES will receive shipments beginning Wednesday, April 23. Shipments arriving before this date may be refused by the facility. Any charges incurred for early freight accepted by the facility will be the responsibility of the Exhibitor.

What is an Exhibitor Exclusive and how do I upload one?

A Show Exclusive is a limited-edition good that you are bringing to the Show.

Uploading a Show Exclusive is simple! Just log into your Exhibitor Dashboard account and click on Upload your C2E2 Exhibitor Exclusives. Choose from the list of categories that best first your product, give it a title that describes it well and write a short description about the product. You can even able to upload an image of your C2E2 Exhibitor Exclusive so Fans can see what it looks like! If you have misplaced your Exhibitor Dashboard login information please contact Devon Priola, your Customer Success Specialist, at Devon@ReedPOP.com.

I have reserved my Booth space, now what do I do?

You will receive an email with your login information for your Exhibitor Dashboard account. Here you will be able to confirm your company listing information and upload any Show Exclusives that you may have, all of which will appear in the Official C2E2 Mobile App. Within the Exhibitor Dashboard you can also promote your presence at the Show to your customers with a free customizable banner!
