Autographing Time Slot Request

To apply, fill out this form by March 2, 2012.  C2E2 will respond with the status of your application by March 3rd. Please note there are many more authors, actors and personalities looking to attend C2E2 than we have space for, so your application for time is an application and does not confirm space at the show. 

Instructions for Obtaining an Autographing Time Slot:

  1. Fill out the following autographing time slot request form.
  2. We will contact all personalities by March 3 with the status of their request.
  3. If your request is accepted, you will be sent a tentative time slot that you will need to confirm within one week of receipt.

I additionally understand that I am responsible for my own travel, lodging, and meals. C2E2 will promote me as appearing in the Autograph Area, but C2E2 is not providing me with travel, lodging, meals, or appearance fees.
 

 

Please be sure all your information is accurate.  We must be able to contact you in order to confirm your interest in the C2E2 2012 Autograph Area. Please note that this registration is not a contract and does not assure you a time slot in the 2012 Autograph Area.
