If you bought VIP tickets in 2024 or have an active C2E2 Popverse Superfan membership, this 24-hour presale is exclusively for you! You’ll receive a link to buy C2E2 2025 tickets at the email address you used to buy 2024 VIP tickets or your Superfan membership. PLEASE NOTE: this is for fans who purchased 2024 VIP tickets. If a friend or family member purchased your VIP tickets using their email address, this presale does not apply to you. Want to get in early on the presale? Buy your Superfan membership here by September 3.

Ticket Mailing Deadline
Tickets will not begin to mail until February. If you purchase your ticket(s) after January 25 at 11:59 PM CT, please bring your ID and receipt (that’s your confirmation email with the QR Code) to Will Call to pick up your ticket at C2E2. Will Call hours and location can be found on our website closer to the show. International orders will have to pick up their tickets at Will Call.
A Couple of Important Details About Tickets
- Prices above do not include ticket fees, shipping or taxes. Shipping and taxes will be calculated at check out.
- To get tickets and pre-ordered merchandise mailed to you, you must purchase your C2E2 tickets by January 25 at 11:59 PM CT. Tickets purchased after that deadline will need to be picked up onsite at Will Call.
- All C2E2 2026 tickets must be ordered online or at a participating retailer. Tickets can’t be purchased over the phone.
- You will be charged full price if a replacement ticket is needed because it's been lost or stolen.
- If you require medical accommodations onsite, such as a companion ticket, ASL services, wheelchair or scooter rentals, please email [email protected].
- US ORDERS ONLY: All C2E2 merchandise bought with your tickets before the Ticket Mailing Deadline will ship with your ticket so you can wear your new geeky merch to the show!
- We have a limit of six (6) tickets per order for 3-Day and VIP Tickets and fifteen (15) tickets per order for Kids tickets. If we determine that you are ordering under different names, multiple e-mail or multiple mailing addresses to order over the set limits, all of your orders will be cancelled immediately. Any and all scalpers that are identified will have their order(s) cancelled and ticket(s) voided.
