A Couple Notes About Tickets
- All C2E2 2023 tickets must be ordered online or at a participating retailer. Tickets can’t be purchased over the phone.
- There is a buying limit of six (6) tickets per order for VIP Tickets and fifteen (15) tickets per order for Kids Tickets.
- Prices above do not include state taxes, local taxes or shipping costs. Taxes and shipping cost will be added to your ticket purchase during checkout
- You will be charged full price if a replacement ticket is needed
- If you require medical accommodations onsite, such as a companion ticket, ASL services, wheelchair or scooter rentals, please email C2E2ADA@reedpop.com.
- All domestic and international merchandise purchased during registration before the ticket mailing deadline will ship with your ticket purchase! Merchandise purchased after January 22 at 11:59 PM CT will be picked up onsite at the Official C2E2 Store.
- International Shipping: Available for any order shipping outside the US. (DHL)
- C2E2 tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Ticket Mailing
THE TICKET MAILING DEADLINE IS SUNDAY, JANUARY 22, 2023 AT 11:59 PM CT.
If you purchase your tickets before the ticket mailing deadline, they will be mailed via USPS to the address you provide. If you order five (5) or more tickets, please note that priority shipping will automatically be added to your order to ensure delivery. If you are purchasing your tickets after the ticket mailing deadline, please bring your email confirmation to Will Call.
After MONDAY, SUNDAY, 22, we will not be able to make any edits to your mailing address.
Tickets will not begin to mail until February 2023.
International orders will have the option to have tickets mailed or picked up at will call.

Your ticket is the physical badge that will get you into C2E2! It gets you through the door so you can explore the Show Floor, hang with friends, and see all of the free panels we got goin’ on all weekend long. Your C2E2 ticket does not include separately ticketed events.

Once you purchase a ticket it is yours to have and to hold forever… or at least until C2E2 2023 is over. Sorry, we don’t offer refunds on any C2E2 tickets.
All C2E2 merchandise purchased online during registration before the ticket mailing deadline (Sunday, January 22 at 11:59 PM CT) will ship with your ticket so you can wear your new geeky good merch to the show!
Will Call is where you will go to pick up tickets, including any orders placed after the ticket mailing deadline or any international orders placed. Heard someone call it Registration? Will Call = Registration. Location, dates, and times for Will Call will be announced later.
Tickets and/or badges (“Tickets”) for the C2E2 event (“Event”) are non-refundable and cannot be reproduced or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the Tickets is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the Ticket without compensation. Each Ticket must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event and such use is at all times subject to the Terms of Service for Participation in the Event, which is made available on the Event website. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPop is not responsible for lost or stolen Tickets. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Ticket and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPop.
