Panel and Programming Applications Are Now Open!
Interested in hosting a panel, workshop, screening, performance, or interactive session at C2E2 2027? We’re looking for programming that celebrates every corner of fandom—from comics, authors, cosplay, and gaming to anime, family activities, industry discussions, and more.
Applications close on November 17, 2026, at 5:00 PM CT. Applications are reviewed after the deadline and are not first-come, first-served.
All applicants will be notified of their application status by January 28, 2027. Accepted applicants must confirm their participation by February 2, 2027.
